ESRiver gets ready for a new Dallas Cup The Sixth Division will participate in the competition that it has already won in three of the four last editions.
Starting next week, River will play the traditional Dallas Cup in the United States.
The Sixth Division (category 2001) led by Guillermo Rivarola will represent the Club in the tournament.
It will be the fifth consecutive year in which River participates and it won three out of the four last editions (2014, 2016 and 2017).
It is an internationally renowned championship because of the world-class teams that participate in it. In this edition, besides River, the teams of Real Madrid, Flamengo, Mónaco, Pachuca and Eintracht Frankfurt, among others, will be part of it.
El Millonario will make its debut on Friday, March 23, against DC United (team part of the MLS of the US). It is a great opportunity for River to show its professional standing for this type of championships and for players to show all their personal rank and performance. Besides experiencing a great football training period, since they face world-class teams.
